Badges awarded WordPress site are not appearing in Credly

    We have created a site to award badges: campusdesnations.org

    We have integrated Credly and badges that are created have a ‘Credly Badge ID’.

    I can see the badges we have created when I log into Credly under the ‘Created’ tab.

    The students have an account at campusdesnations.org and Credly. They are using the same email address for each. They are even using the Login with Credly plugin widget.

    Badges that they are awarded via campusdesnations.org are failing to appear in their Credly accounts.

    What might I have missed?

  • I am having a similar problem. Any badge that is awarded through BadgeOS is showing up in Credly, but only under “Public”. It is not showing under “All” and is not counted within the () on the “Earned” tab.

    I am having the same issue! The badges are being created in Credly when they are made in BadgeOS, but when I award them from BadgeOS they are not being awarded in Credly. Help!

    Did anyone ever get resolution on this? We have hundreds of students using our badging system, and I am having to manually issue the badges because they are not automatically issuing to Credly!

    You need to allow badges to send it to credly when earned on badge ( or any other type created) edit page. see screenshot
