    Austin Nichols, I’ve edited your reply as that was a little too over the top. Personal attacks like that just are not tolerated here.

    As this topic is not productive anymore I am now closing it. The developers have been more than reasonable and have extended their support beyond what can be expected for a free plugin.

    If you have spent money on add-ons and if you find the account information then I suggest you avail yourself of that link.
