BadgeOS to Credly – updating a previously defined badge not working

  • Using BadgeOS, version 1.4.7. and the Credly integration is working only when creating a new badge, but not everything is working when updating/editing a badge.

    For example, I created a new badge, using the Credly integration – everything works nicely. I can update the description of the badge or anything on the page.

    However, anything outside of the page, including Badge Sharing Options and the Achievement data area are not working on Update. For example, when I want to update or add a category in the Badge Sharing Options, the category search does not appear to do anything. Also, I tried to change a badge award from steps to admin-awarded. The API did not update Credly.

    Trying to make sure I understand the issues completely here.

    What do you mean by “outside of the page” ? The post editor screen for the achievement?

    Unless I’m mistaken, the category search should be searching Credly’s list of categories, not your local WP install’s

    Please clarify what you were hoping would change with the steps to admin awarded modification
