BadgeOS 1.4.5 bugfix release testing

We would appreciate some help testing the BadgeOS 1.4.5 bugfix release.
If no issues are encountered, then we’ll get the code released to everyone for updating.

Changelog for the 1.4.5 release is as follows:

* Fix: Prevent false positives on “users who have earned achievement” listings.
* Fix: Prevent potential empty array of achievements.
* Fix: Added unique ID to single achievement shortcode output.
* Fix: esc_attr() on some attributes.
* Fix: Prevent submission and nomination columns from showing outside of submission and nomination pages.
* Fix: Pass user ID to badgeos_maybe_award_achievement_to_user call inside badgeos_update_user_points().
* Fix: Prevent steps from being listed in achievement type list in Steps UI.
* Fix: Prevent media library “litter” with default thumbs up graphic being added multiple times. Now will check for existing copy of graphic before downloading new.
* Update: Provided PHP5 compatible widget constructors in preparation of WordPress 4.3 changes.
