Badge won’t show on product detail page mobile

Hi, we do have an option in our settings section to change the wrapper class name, can you please try ‘iconic-woothumbs-images’.

I did that, but on some products it shows and then it won’t show it’s really random I don’t understand this.

I’m sorry but this is one of the worst customer experience I’ve had with a plugin so far!
Bought this plugin for Black Friday (which is gone) and Cyber Monday (halfway gone).

Really poor experience.

Sorry for what happened, for some cases we need access to the b a c k e n d, as you know we do have limitations on the forum. We got the information by yesterday and our developers have fixed the issue, can you please check the website on an incognito window (mobile).

The issue was related to caching, some of the scripts were set to load on user interaction, and this caused the issue, we have tweaked our plugin scripts.

We will be adding the codes to our plugin on the next update as well (so no issues in updating the plugin).

Our team is checking the same with a similar environment (with wp rocket cache plugin) set on our local / demo servers, we will get back to you with the updates. If possible please re-enable the shared credentials.
