Badge not working, Theme related?

    Hi there, I recently installed and activated your smart sale badge enhancement plugin, and I cant get it to show. Our website was originally started by a web design team, and I believe our theme may be custom, the author is “Anonymous”. what could be the problem here, an aside from revamping our store with a new theme, is there a way I can get this to work?

    This plugin simply modifies the text that is already displayed on the sale badge – it does not actually create the sale badge. If your badge isn’t showing then it has nothing to do with this plugin and will most likely be theme related.

    Thanks!! I just saw what the sale badge is supposed to look like, and weve never had it. must be theme related!! thanks again!

    Hello, I am very pleased with your plugin. The shortcode specifies 12 products on a page. However, it only shows 10 products even though I have more than 16 products on sale. The 11th item you see on my page is only there because I used the shortcode for featured products in order to list this product. Can you help me solve my problem? Thx.
