• Hi,

I just installed your plugin and set these settings:

    • Display Unverified Badge (Display an unverified badge for users who are not verified.) YES / CHECKED
    • Display in Username (Display Verified Badge in Profile Username) YES / CHECKED
    • Display in Fullname (Display Verified Badge in Profile Fullname) YES / CHECKED

    Rest is default.

Now I can’t see the badge (only) in the sidebar because the html for this badge is plain text. The rest of my standard Divi theme works. The badge is working in the main content area, not in the sidebar. In the sidebar I have the widgets “(BuddyPress) Primary Navigation”, “(BuddyPress) Log In”, “Search” and “Recent posts”.

Here you can see the problem.

    Thanks for help.

In the browser’s console I can see the error

    GET https://mylocal.dev/wp-content/plugins/bp-verified-member/assets/images/unverified-warning.svg [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 553ms]

In this directory (bp-verified-member/assets/images/) is only one file called verified-check.svg.

And the output HTML code of the badge which is only plain text:
    <h4 class="widgettitle">myTestUser<span class="bp-unverified-badge"></span></h4>

    Hi @meladiede,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Please be aware that we use Javascript to display the verified badge at this place. We think this issue might be related to an optimisation plugin. Can you please deactivate any caching plugin you might have to see if this issue still persists?

We hope this tip will help you.

    Cheers,
