Badge is given on post update, not just publish!

Hi,

I’ve noticed that a badge I created to be given when completing a step: Publishing a post, is being given to users if they update the post or I do update their post for any formatting, etc…

This seems like a bug since I’ve selected the “Publish” requirement step. Any ideas how to solve this?
