Badge doesn’t appear on my site

  • Hi there, I’m considering buying the Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges), now deactivated, but the free version doesn’t currently work on my site. (olioafilo.it).
    I noticed it could be a Hook issue.

    I am very willing to purchase the Pro version but first I would like to test the free version. Here is an example of a product that should have the badge Thanks for helping

    We do have the option to switch hooks on our plugins settings page (‘Support & Hooks’), can you please try switching to product loop / shop loop hook.

    We have gone through the link, looks like the Product Loop hook will work fine.

    “Use Product Loop Hook” is yet active on my site.

    Other settings:
    Use Woocommerce Shop Hook (JetWooBuilder Support) OFF
    Use jQuery Positioning ON
    Use Product Title Hook OFF
