    Hello,
I’m testing your plugin on a variable product. I set up a rule with 20% discount only to one variation (150gr) . The discount is correctly applied on the product chosen, but the badge “Promo” appears on both variations.

Is there any fix for it?

    Thank so much!

    Hey

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Hari Pradeepa from the Customer Support Team.

We wanted to inform you that there may be a slight delay in refreshing the pages when changing the variant on our product page. As a result, a static sale badge will be displayed on the parent ID of the variable product. We understand that this may cause some difficulties in changing the sale badge dynamically on the product page.

As a workaround solution, we suggest using the discount bar to indicate the specific variant under the discount. You can find more information on how to do this in our Discount Bar documentation, which can be found at the following URL: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/3946529-discount-bar

We hope this information has been helpful and has addressed any concerns you may have had. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.

    Thanks
    Team Flycart

    Hello,

the banner is not as visible as the badge, in addition the banner seems to be offered in the pro version.

What do you mean by “a slight delay when refreshing the pages”?

The variable product changes in the same page using ajax. So the badge should change accordingly. Do you have any hack code to do that?

    Thank you!

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your response.

I wanted to let you know that our developers have confirmed that we are currently only using Ajax for price HTML events. In order to accommodate your needs, we will need to create a new event. This will require us to build a new pack.

For further assistance, please submit a support ticket on our website at https://www.flycart.org/support.

Our team will be more than happy to assist you further.

    Thanks

    Hello!

it will be great if you could do this implementation.
I think is necessary. Logically the badge should appear only on the discounted product.

What does imply for you building this new pack?

    Thank you so much!

Hello, thank you so much! ??

I much time you need to do so?

Would this come with the next update?

In the meantime, the only solution I have found is tho add the badge to the image, and disable your badge.
