    Hi there,

I have tested it in a different browser and seems you have a cache issues.
You should try to clean the cache (adn the CDN if you use it).

Let me know if works or not.

That was my first solution, but it didn’t work.

Have you tried it on Safari?

Because the issue seems to be related to the Safari Browser.

    Hi there,

yes, I have tried it on Chrome, Safari and Firefox and for me is a cache issue.

The issue persist if you’re logged in ?

Yes, if i’m logged in, the issue happens as well, but still, like i initially mentioned, it only happens on Safari.

    Hi there,

we can try to make another test about that but is very strange. In my case the problem occurs sometime on Chrome, sometimes on Firefox, sometimes on Safari….randomly…

I had run some tests myself, and what i figured, is when the variation changes it the badge changes with it, which makes me believe it happens with something related to DB, because for some reason, the plugin is calling the BD for the badge everytime you change a variation.

That must be related to this problem i believe.

But yeah, at the moment, i’m experiencing this only on Safari, but if you are getting the error on Chrome and Firefox aswell, that doesn’t make the problem browser related.

    Hi,

we’ve just tried it in our local installation with Chrome, Firefox and Safari and everything works fine!
Maybe something in your installation could conflict with the plugin and cause this issue (it could be due to a specific style or js code that causes this issue).
In this case, to discover what is causing the issue you should isolate the plugin behavior; to do this, please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Badge Management active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate a default WordPress theme (i.e:Twenty Twenty) and see if you have the same issue.
Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.

Please try this solution and let us know what’s the result.
