    Hi,

    We use the gift card plugin ‘WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card’ by WPSwings (which uses the coupon system in Woo). When someone uses a coupon which covers the total order amount, then the customer receives the error ‘Bad value: order_amount’ at checkout (it’s fine when the order isn’t free and a coupon has been used). If I switch Klarna off then I do not receive this error (our other payment gateways seem to manage this though).

    Is there any way to resolve this?

    Just to add, it only seems to be an issue when there is a delivery charge, so if the coupon covers the entire order including the delivery charge then that is when the problem occurs.

    Hi!

    We haven’t tried this specific plugin and Gift Card support needs to be built in manually to all plugins as Gift Card is not a native function in WooCommerce from the start. Is there any chance you can try some of the ones we have built in support for instead?

    I’m guessing WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card is doing something different then regular Woo Coupons. When I try a regular woo coupon with 100% discount and free shipping the checkout should show the regular WooCommerce Checkout as the amount is 0.

    Thanks, I have tested one of those plugins which works, but I think I’ve found a solution to the original issue.

    I’ve found a code snippet that unsets the Klarna payments gateway if the cart total is 0, which has resolved the issue. Can you think of any issues this could potentially cause elsewhere? It seems to work fine in our testing.

    If you raise the amount again do you see the payment ways again then? If so I can not see any problems around that.
