    I think may have fixed the issue: change the wrap=”off” to wrap=”soft” in the crayon_formatter.class file.

    Seems to work with ie, firefox, safari and chrome.

    I’d love it if the developer could respond to this thread. Technically, the only allowed values for the wrap attribute are hard or soft.

    What exactly is the cross browser issue with this? Specifically, which browser versions is this supposed to be an issue?

    Generally speaking, compliant code is much more likely to work in all browsers than non-compliant code. My vote is to error on the side of the compliant code.
