• Must have gotten another bad update…this one made all my posts and pages disappear in the WP Dashboard, and WP think it had no content/was a new install. Deactivated this plugin and got all that back; however, I can’t use the plugin if it does that to the rest of the site (the actual site was fine, it was just the backend that was affected). Not sure how to troubleshoot it further, or roll it back to previous version that was working okay.

  • Hey there, Tina! Though it’s been a few weeks since you posted this review, I wanted to thank you on behalf of the whole team for taking the time to write it.

First off, I want to apologize for the poor experience here. I understand the frustration that comes when you expect something to work and then it doesn’t.

That said, the error you noted there is commonly associated with file permissions on your host. Setting the permissions to something that WordPress can read, write and execute should help address the issue.

Sorry again for the hiccup here, but I appreciate the feedback and hope the plugin will continue to be a fit for you down the line–hopefully at a full 5-stars next time. ??

Works differently on each of my WP sites – I have 3. One did the above, another said it didn’t update completely, deactivated the plugin and that it could find the plugin files and I think I updated just fine.
