• A good pluggin with good features but disastrous support. By mail, whatsapp or any other means it takes days to respond, to take your problem into account. To believe that they do not want to keep their client. When you pay a plugin you must also have the support. Too bad to have a good product and a bad support.

    Nice message, but still as inefficient. Lots of support gives an answer in 24, 48h maximum, especially when using a paid version.
    On your side you have a huge delay and when you answer. You have to explain to me how to have support with you when a bug is found. Email you do not respond, forum not really better, Whatsapp harassing you every day we sometimes end up getting a response. I don’t understand you.

    Please pardon my jumping in. I’m doing a lot of research and was very impressed with the feature set and videos for the Frontend Admin and Frontend ACF plugins. But then I saw the lack of efficiency and attention here and I thought, what a shame that such a great offering has support issues like this. Your client here is eating it loud n clear.

    Dude, get it in gear. You have something good here. Don’t mess it up … especially with your paying clients.

    If i have time I’ll try to install both plugins in different test sites to compare and see if they break. But given the situation here I can’t run this in production yet.

    Help! It really takes courage to use this plugin.
    With each new update there is a new problem. It is endless.
    If you want to use this plugin, you will need a lot of energy and either never make the updates (which will eventually cause problems) or make a check of all your plugin functions after the update. Take that free version like that you will be why you spend your time!!

    yes, I can only confirm that as well. Have Pro Version, Unfortunately. I would like to know when there is an update where no new error occurs. After each update, the errors are still more. This is not with any other plug in, so. That errors occur, no one says. But errors on the assembly line, that is already bad. Not to speak of the Support that is underground bad. Only waiting and without reaction, if then very slowly.

    The IDDEES of the plugin is great, only the implementation is terrible.

    This plugin is great for functionality – when it works. Support for paid Pro users is unfortunately non-existent. We’ve had no reply or even acknowledgement after 7 days, despite two follow ups.
    My suggestions are;
    Publish response times and acknowledge tickets
    Share other support questions to help users
    Publish a changelog and development plan

    In the short term we are going to have to abandon using this plugin and move to a competitor because we can’t function without a reliable plugin that is properly supported.

    I concur with the other voices here. Great plugin but after an update broke the logo upload function, I had to freeze the version and cancel the subscription. Support wasn’t helpful either.

    I’m not sure the [email protected] email address is ever being checked….
