bad support, several issues with the premium plugin

I do not recommend this plugin at all. I repaid the license (because they’ve changed the business model) then I had several issues (conflicts) with the plugin. Support answer half of my questions and I have to wait one day to solve one problem.?After I ask for a price rule for uploading a design then they say it is a custom price for a feature…
