from one year ago till now 95% of issues sent to tutor lms support team mail not solved , I am not talking about delaying mail reply only , I am talking about issues that not solved for example : I sent email related to Quiz results issues whit ( a screenshot ) of the issue , then you replied that their is no issue after you checking my website ! how their is no issue while I already sent to you a screen shot of the issue from my website directly ?
this is just example of a list of issues which is not solved from one year ago till now .
Hope you understand the importance of tutor lms to our website .

Regarding to your question ” How can I sell courses with Tutor LMS ” my answer is student buy my courses because of valuable content I provide to them , but when student buy a course he need every thing to work perfect not only the content , and because Tutor LMS is the tool I uses to provide my courses , its important for my business to not find any issues in Tutor LMS .
Hope you understand what I mean .
Now I will share the issues I face which already sent to tutor lms support and not solved , and I just ask you to till me if this is issues or customization.
- There?is an issue in the Tutor LMS quiz system For example, the total number of questions is 39 but after students complete a quiz at the result page, the total questions is 135 and the questions repeat with its answer explanation?to become 135 questions in the result page?, please find attached screen shot
2. Social login is not work : when I activate social login using google its simply give me blank white screen .
3. limited active sessions issue : some time when user click on ” clear all active sessions ” the page simply reload and show again the message of you have riched the maximum allowed sessions ” and he cannot login .
Thank you for your time and waiting for your reply if any of my above issues should be classified as Customization not issues .
Also please note : I am not trying to make argument with you , we should working in the same way to grow and I appreciate your efforts in developing Tutor LMS and when this issues solved I will replace my review .

- Regarding the quiz system issue, I actually reviewed your website yesterday, and I couldn’t identify any problems with the quiz system. The total number of questions displayed correctly during my evaluation. If you continue to experience this issue, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist further.
- As for the social login issue, I’m pleased to inform you that it was resolved nearly two months ago. It should be working as expected now. I recommend reviewing your settings and configurations to ensure everything is set up correctly.
