Bad support of apostrophe (and probably other characteres)

When I put an apostrophe in a field in settings, after saving the apostrophe is escaped with a \
Ex:J’aime Paris
Becomes
J\’aime Paris
Then the \ is also escaped, so after a second saving, it becomes
J\\\’aime Paris
