• The plugin is feature rich, but full of bugs and can’t get support to respond to solve them.

One example is when doing frontend login it shows as if it is logging me in and “wheel is turning” on the button, but I remain on that page for hours like that without actual login.

    Hello!

    Thank you for your feedback!
As you wrote Membership by supsystic is feature rich and unfortunately, some times, that’s the reason of the bug appear ??

But I’m really discomfort that support didn’t answer your request. Contact us one more time or provide ticket ID, so I’ll check it

Due that report “when doing frontend login it shows as if it is logging me in and “wheel is turning” on the button” – provide URL of the webpage with membership login page and I’ll check what’s wrong. Usually there’re conflicts with Membership by Supsystic and other plugins or theme styles and scripts.

    Best regards,
    Kate

    1. ticket: Your request (12269) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

    2. I had to uninstall the plugin for multiple bugs. One more example of a bug I wrote to support and never heard about: instead of /profile/username it was giving /profileusername permalink to users.

Even with uninstall, when I checked the DB it did not remove around 30 tables it created when installed. Please advice what is the best way to get rid of them. For comparison, before that with lots of other plugins and functionality I had around 70 tables in the db.

    Hello!
In order to delete all tables from database – install and activate Membership plugin one more time. Then go to /wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/src/Membership/Installer/Module.php . In this file you need to uncomment such row – $this->uninstall();. Then refresh any page in WordPress admin area.

And you think this is normal way to offer uninstall??

Normally, when a plugin knows it is going to mess up with db, it provides simple check option “remove everything created by … on uninstall”

Another “must have” feature we mess up in development ?? Now it’s in the road map.
Thank you for all your suggestions.

I can offer you all our PRO extensions for testing and free usage as an active user. Email me if you need them.

    Hi!

We added feature of full uninstall for Membership by Supsystic. Of course it’s over two months pass. But it’s better later then never ??
