• I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I am beyond mad!!!

    I paid for the Pro version and NOTHING worked

    WordPress already has features to include BuddyPress users

    Content Drip doesn’t work
    Enrollments doesn’t work
    Google Classroom Integration doesn’t work
    Certificate doesn’t work
    Course Preview doesn’t work, this is the reason I purchased the Addon because I didn’t want the course to be available unless the client purchased the course first.

    1. The ONLY thing that works is WooCommerce, Tutor Pro doesn’t work AT ALL.
    2. The majority of the Pro features DO NOT work, including the COURSE PREVIEW AND THE CONTENT DRIP.
    3. I logged on as a test user with author permissions and attempted to purchase the T SQL course, when I clicked on the course it opened and I could see the course preview but when I went to click on Add to Cart, nothing happened.
    4. Then I exited out and tried from the shop page that list all courses, I was able to click from the shop page to Add the course to cart.
    5. The WooCommerce WORKED it allowed me to check out and purchase the T SQL course,.
    6 After I made my purchase, I got a message that the course purchase was successful and I got a email sent to my email address.
    7. I went back and tried to opened the course that I just purchased and it was still locked, I couldn’t open it.

    This has been a DISASTER!! To keep it mildly, I spent hours setting up my courses to find your plugin is VERY BUGGY….I am a software engineer and I test my product very well before I release them to the public.

    I asked kindly for a refund and the Munayam M Support Engineer, didn’t respond. This is actually fraud.

    I am going to dispute the purchase with my credit card company and Paypal…
