Bad support and incompatible codes

  • I’m using Genesis framework and this plugin is using a very bad code architecture, so a lot of incompatibilities break the site’s look.

    The support is very bad and slow. Even the PRO forum is slow and unhelpful. My thread was closed, even if my problem is still exist.

    I’m very disappointed.

  • Hey Surbma. Thank you for the feedback – it’s these types of notes that help us improve as a team and I appreciate you taking the time to write this up to let us know our shortcomings. I realize you had a less than optimal experience on the forum, and while I think it’s debatable whether or not that was the byproduct of “bad code architecture” or a lack of understanding as to what’s going on under the hood, it’s obvious we failed you at some point along the way. I apologize on behalf of the whole team for your experience.

    I hope you were ultimately able to find a plugin that better met your needs.
