bad support and cheeky

so i don’t buy a theme at envo anymore. i sold and complained the same day and also didn’t use the key yet and still they tell me after the meanwhile 3rd unanswered request that a return is not possible. this makes other providers much more customer-friendly and even grants 30 days right of return, which they stand by their products. i am very disappointed, especially because the key is not activated yet. an cheekiness is that!
