• The support is terrible for this plugin. It takes days for them to respond with nothing more than a link to the documents page and they will not answer questions or help with customization. I am trying to get a refund now, hopefully they will at least uphold their 30day money back guarantee. We will see.

    I’m sorry to learn about your inconveniences. This is not the place to offer support, however. If you update your ticket with your nick on WordPress we will check your issue ASAP.

    Once again, we’re sorry about your bad experience, we will investigate why you ticket was delayed. We reply within a couple of hours, however.. sometimes we receive a huge amount of inquiries, causing some delays.
