2) Closing the ticket with out giving support just because of a unhappy client is immature at best…
The ticket was closed because you said you’d be using another plugin, which I hope you are able to find.
No affiliation or guarantee, but you might consider this plugin which is paid but may better meet your support needs and has extensive documentation.
3) If anyone else is reading this, my ticket was in the top 2 of the support page for 3 days so did not need bumping, the ticket was out right ignored.
Clearly it did need bumping.
If anyone else is reading this, please be patient as this is not a full time job and again, both the plugin and support are free. If you feel the response is too slow, you’re much more likely to get help by bumping your support thread rather than dragging down the rating and calling the developer ignorant.
4) try to be more profesional, it might be free, still doesnt give you the excuse you ignore ppl and be rude about it…
Not sure why you feel entitled to dictate the timeline for free support on a free plugin, but either way, the response was no more rude than your 1-star review.
