bad spacing on form – how can i fix?

Love this plug in – esp the multiple file functionality – but I can’t use it as it is on my site. Theres all kinds of weird spacing and formatting issues in the form and I need it to look a little cleaner. Is there any way I can alter the styling? Here’s how it looks in my site:
