    You should receive an email of purchase receipt with the license key. You can log in to your account on our site to get the license key.

    It because you use the Russian language on our forum.

    Our support engineers reply ticket within 24 hours. You can see the replay timing in the forum.

    As it’s a payment system issue, support engineers are not able to check the payment system information.

    This review notification mail goes directly to the owner of the company, and I am able to check the payment information.
