    Hi @isaakd,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Could you please check whether you are getting any additional error information in the WP Smush.it error log by enabling Smushit Debug?

    Also could you please try smushing images uploaded to your site on the following Yahoo smush it service by adding the uploaded images URLs in the following service?

    https://www.smushit.com/ysmush.it/

    If you can then please also share some uploaded image URLs from your site to me so that i can troubleshoot it.
