Bad Response from Server

    Here we go again. This time it’s not just mobile devices, but computers as well. I fill out the form and click “submit” and get “Sorry, and error occurred. ERROR: Bad Response from Server” in a nice, red-bordered box that completely fails to be helpful.

    Any ideas?
