    I have been unable to get Post SMTP working with Gmail API.

    The error I get back whenever trying to send an email is

    Bad Request(invalid_grant).

    Here is my diagnostics

    Hope you are doing good.

    Have you done Grant Permission in Post SMTP Dashboard ? for more details see the screenshot here also I am sharing a video here, you can watch and configure Gmail Api again.
