Bad Request and invisible text when editing and publishing products

I’m getting a “Bad Request” error page when I try to publish a product. It got better when I deleted an image from the product gallery – it only published when I had only 1 product picture, as the designated Product Image.
However, I’m now experiencing an additional error: When I try to update a product page that only has 1 picture, it gives me “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”.
When I’m editing a product, the text starts off in white instead of black color. (I have to highlight it to see it even though I didn’t change the font color to white)

I am still experiencing this issue. It is rather strange in that it is very intermittent – in one instance I get the Bad Request error, but sometimes I can go back and hit Update again right after and it works. My hosting provider has been unable to help because whenever they’ve tried it on their end, the update goes through and works.
As this is a third-party theme, I’d recommend reaching out to the theme support team for further assistance on this. They stand a better chance at helping you fix the issue on line 767.
I updated my theme and now have a child theme successfully running, but they didn’t have an answer for the Bad Request error.
These are the other things I’ve tried that didn’t help: Clearing cookies, cache, and flushing DNS, Changing themes, Changing browsers; Disabling all plugins except WooCommerce.

I don’t think the EIO plugin is the issue, as disabling that does not solve the problem.
I also still have the issue where the product description and short descriptions mysteriously disappear, whether or not I’ve had the Bad Request error. When the text appears invisible, I can only see it by highlighting all of it, but it only shows up as the Text/code version of it (even when on the Visual tab). Example:
