Bad redirect URL

  • I am continuing to be redirected from any email notifications I get from Mail Poet. Example: email showing stats of most recent post notifications email that contains a link. When I select the link I get the following response:

    Your connection is not private

    Attackers might be trying to steal your information from url3450.gssalliance.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning

    net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

    This happens when selecting the link in the email containing the most clicked link in the email. Why is this happening and how can I correct it?

    Hi there @crazydiamond23,

    Links in your stats email (i.e. “View all stats”) would point back to your own site. When I check your url3450.gssalliance.com domain directly, I see that it’s showing as not secure as well:

    I’d recommend checking with your hosting to ensure you have a valid SSL certificate configured for your site/domain.

    Once that is done and the site is showing as secure, then please check the links in your next MailPoet notification email.
