Bad Price per role on facebook

  • Hello,

I have a problem with the price per role function that shows me the price for our resellers for all Facebook visitors. I don't understand why but Facebook randomly displays the 40% prices that are only applied to customers with reseller status on our site. Would you have an update or a solution to fix this bug? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Could you please let me know which plugin you are using for Facebook?
    Explain the issue in brief so that I could replicate it on my end.

    Hello, i use Facebook for WooCommerce from Facebook and your plugin.
    So for the example, I have this product which is priced at 43CHF (see screenshot)
    In the product manager on Facebook, it is also at the good price of 43CHF (see screenshot)
    But on the Facebook and instagram store, it shows up with a -40% off. And the only -40% I apply is for resellers through your plugin. (see screenshot)

    I think there is a data from your plugin that is sent to Facebook by mistake and it generates this error… Could you help me ? Because I would like to run catalog ads but it’s not possible if the prices are not correct.
