bad positioning on page (no float) and no support.

When you say “chat icon drops” are you unhappy with the positioning choices or is there something happening that seems to be a bug?
If you haven’t already tried you can raise and lower the icon and change which side it appears by going to setting->and clicking “Edit Chat Plugin” but there is currently no way to adjust the left and right positioning by increments.
