Bad plugin killed JS, Jquery

try MANUALLY uploading wp-includes folder. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy it. You may need to delete the old wp-includes folder on your server before uploading the new one.

Actually i renamed the old WP-includes, WP-content and WP-admin then installed a fresh copy of WP but i still have a very long list of
all kinds of java related errors

Have you deleted that bad plugin?

Also, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Yes of course i did delete the bad plugin entirely and as I said
I renamed the old wp-content before installing the fresh wp
then i manually copied most of my old plugins to the new folder
but only the plugins I’ve been using for a while without any problems
I also noticed that errors happen inside my dashboard while editing
a page or plugin’s settings and it also happen on the front end.
is there a way to re-install js, jquery ?
or anything to know exactly where is the problem ?

still no solution for my problem and the errors keep coming

the bad plugin that caused my disaster is called “WP Deferred Java”
