• Hi, once I tried to activate your plugin, it crushed my entire website!
As you can see, there’s a blank space, a whole white page where my site once was, and all thanks to your “useful” plugin.

I can’t even log in to my Cpanel for some unknown reason, simply can’t access my site at all – again, thanks to your plugin!

How can you resolve it, asap?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Please provide more information so that we can try to understand what happened in your case.

    • What version of PHP was installed on your server?
    • What version of WordPress were you running?
    • Was there a conflict with some other plugin?
    • If so, what plugin?

This sort of problem has never been observed in any of our testing and we were not able to repeat this issue.

It is very strange that you could not get into cPanel and this alone suggests that the issue was not with the Plugin.

Nonetheless, if we are able to understand the problem you encountered then we will make every effort to resolve any issues, if these exist, or we will advise prospective new users of any precautions, if there are any that need to be observed.

Any constructive involvement will be appreciated.
