The display of images (or other media) depends on how they are added to the activity. Activities can be generated through various methods, and if the activity does not include the og:image tag (which specifies the image for sharing), the plugin cannot display or share it.
If your activity does include the og:image tag, the image will be displayed correctly during sharing. We recommend verifying how your activities are generated and ensuring the necessary metadata (like og:image) is included.
