• I bought Pro version and it’s horrible plug-in!!!! it makes your webste’s performance very very low down you can check by GTmetrix site BEFORE and AFTER If you want to know (you can do it by free version).

    Besides this big issue the support team is null. IF here is “0” star then I will be given “0” star NOT even “1”.

    Element Pack is heavy because it has more than 250+ features, that’s the matter. But everyone doesn’t require 250+ features.
    However, don’t worry about that. We have a great easy solution to make it faster.

    1. We have a Widget Analytics feature on the plugin dashboard, simply you can deactivate all unused widgets to make it faster.

    2. By default our widget loads single CSS & JS files for the individual widget. In this case please use any kind of cache plugin to marge them on single files. But if you don’t want to use the cache plugin and want to load a single file from Element Pack, we also have another great feature for this problem. We have the Assets Manager feature on our plugin to merge all files dynamically to single files. That’s all.

    And WordPress rules told us that Pro users cannot provide reviews on the free plugin.

    This statement is wrong. Pro users can review Pro products, its features, purchase, support and refund (if that happens) in case you are upselling PRO from free plugin/theme.
    (Your readme is mentioning Pro features and some Premium upgrade FAQ, so this is counted as upselling)
