Bad markup

My WordPress Social Post Sharer plugin is causing my descriptions, Facebook posts, and Google schema tag markup to be cluttered with things like this: “FacebookTwitterGoogle+ViadeoLinkedInDiggStumbleUponWeiboE-mail”. Any idea how to fix it?
