Bad loop – Customer was debited 12 times !

I installed Striper and it worked like a charm until one of my customer was debited 12 times in few seconds, big problem with him after this.
How could this happen ?
I contacted Stripe support who told us they received 12 distinct request on their server, and to check with the plugin I used with Woocommerce, so you.Do you have an idea about this big issue ?
(it happened 1 time on 100/150 products sells)Thanx !
