Bad link to /wp-content/plugins/…

I’m getting this error sent to me in email as of upgrading to 2.7 today:

A user tried to go to https://www.ninebarkimagery.com/wp-content/plugins/flexible-upload/flexible-upload-wp25js.php?ver=2.7 and received a 404 (page not found) error. It wasn’t their fault, so try fixing it.

They came from https://www.ninebarkimagery.com/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=7&_wp_original_http_referer=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ninebarkimagery.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fedit.php&message=1

This is happening for the plugins flexible-upload, photoq and wordpress auto upgrade, and this started after I upgraded to 2.7 this afternoon. What do I do?
