Bad Layout on Android k9 Mail – User unsubscribed because of that

  • A user notified me why he unsubscribed from my newsletter.
    It’s because of an unreadable layout on his device.
    He is using “k9 Mail” on Android (he wrote me)

    In general there is this problem with a Desktop-Layout shown on mobile devices. The Layout is not responsive and there are not templates to design a Newsletter more suitable for mobile (bigger fonts, narrower layout, responsive, etc.)

    Two questions:
    – Is this Problem on Android known and is there a solution (Update, Fix, Workaround in the template etc.)?
    – What is the Schedule-Plan for a “big” update (Version 3?) bringing Layouts that looks just great on mobile devices / small screens?
