    … user can clear this local browser storage or change browser and vote again again and again..

    Well, of course they can. If they change browsers or if they go incognito.

    It saddens me that you left a bad review when the plugin does not have a feature you look for.

    I would encourage you to use a more robust Thumbs Rating plugin, with lots of features, IP, cookie and other security checks.

    This plugin is for uses where multiple votes is not critical.
