    Sure, there is bad helo – host impersonating domain name

    Hi @pt51,

    Can you try going to Post SMTP > Post SMTP > Show all settings > Message and then enable the two below options?

    • Email Address – Prevent plugins and themes from changing this
    • Name – Prevent plugins and themes from changing this

    Hi, the error is from my hosting mail. i solved using a proprietary smtp server
