What I experienced (see my old review) only happened to shopping carts the administrator created. This behavior is a little strange, but it is not affecting any customer. Therefore, I can deal with this issue. I found another issue just now: when I check for recovered shopping carts, it shows the recovered carts twice in the list, and doubles the amount of the additional revenue. Because it seems to do it’s job, and is able to recover some carts, but it still has issues on the back end, I will change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Please keep working on it! I placed an order, some weeks ago, with my own store, to test some functions. After that, I deleted both the test order and the test customer. Since then, I get a abandoned cart reminder every couple days, for exactly this order. When I the go to the abandoned cart plugin, is there a new order, exactly like the one I deleted, and the order is placed by the test customer I already deleted weeks ago. This is absolutely crazy!! And I don’t know, if my customers probably will get the same thing after they abandoned a cart? This behavior is scary! I will better uninstall it because I don’t know why it develops a life of its own!!!
