Bad gateway

  • Hi,

    When I am on the orders page and I tick all the orders i want exported, the I do export csv in the drop down bulk action and click apply it give me a

    502 Bad Gateway

    nginx/1.12.0

    Not sure why. Can you help with that?

    Could you try mark one order ? Will it work ?

    Could you check page “Woocommerce>Export Orders”?
    Will button “Export w/o progressbar” generate 502 error too ?

    Hi,

    It does work with a few orders. Up to 10 or so. it also work without the progress bar.

    Get the bad gateway when trying to export a lot form the orders page.

    When trying to do like 900 from the orders page it shows

    414 Request-URI Too Large

    The button “Apply” adds selected order Ids to url, so you get 414 error.
    I think other bulk actions doesn’t work for large number of orders too.

    You can use
    this article and modify nginx settings.
