Is using a “Multiple Page Generator” plugin and make hundreds of “city” localized service pages bad or good for SEO, will I risk getting punished in someway from Google for using a lot of “city” localized pages generated from an almost generic template with different “cities” in it?

  • Any duplicate content can be ‘bad’ for SEO, that’s why you should use MPG’s shortcodes to create dynamic content that is NOT duplicate. Whether it’s MPG generated or not – doesn’t matter. An eCommerce shop generates product pages all the time, and it’s not bad if picture and product descriptions are added properly. It’s all about how each page that MPG generates serves searchers intent of finding an answer.
