BAD FOR PRODUCT PAGE!!!

  • This plugin was causing my WC Product Page to show 4 Products Instead of 16. for days I didn’t know what was causing it until today. I was so frustrated reading posts and everyone says fixing the Permalink fixes the issue except mine, I looked I the error log again and this plugin has over 45 errors logged in my PHP error log.
    when I deactivated this plugin the issue was gone. If I activate it, the issue comes back.

    For future reference, it’s really best to post a regular ticket to us before going straight to a 1 star review. We have a reputation for supporting our products and customers, and we’d be happy to help figure out what’s going on here and resolve it for you.

    We do not have any other reports of the problem you are reporting, so there must be something unique going on there causing the problem. It sounds like there could be a conflict with your theme. If you could install our plugin with another theme to see if the issue goes away, then that would verify it, and if you let us know what theme you’re using we can reproduce the problem and get it fixed in an update.

    Also, you mention errors logged in your PHP log, but you don’t mention what those errors are specifically. That doesn’t help anybody. If you can let us know exactly what you’re seeing we can get it fixed.

    Leaving a 1 star review without any detail about what is actually happening helps no one. It might make you feel slightly better, but then you’re still sitting there without a solution. We’d love to help you get this working if you want to work with us on it.
