• Have three WooCommerce sites. One that has been running for two years and has pretty extensive customer database. MailChimp simply won’t sync with larger stores. It’s an acknowledged problem with complex workarounds that don’t work. It works fine with my smaller stores since both those just launched and have a smaller amount of customers (and fewer projects). But unless you are building a new site or just don’t sell product, this plugin is useless. And its been useless since launch.

@larrymadill We will be glad to help out – have you tried using the WP-CLI queue? It’s fairly easy to set up and should be a good solution for your larger store.

What version of WooCommerce are you using?
What version of WordPress are you using?
What PHP version are you running on that server?
What version of the plugin are you on?

@larrymadill forgot to ask if you’re using any caching services or plugins? If so the WP-CLI would be the best choice for a solution.

When you say larger stores, are you talking about hundreds of thousands of orders and products? Just trying to get a baseline on what you consider larger because this plugin has of course been tested on larger stores that we have in development as well.

@larrymadill just wanted to ping you again on this ticket – did you end up getting things to work properly? If so we would like to close this out.

Also if you did find the problem – please post that here for us and other folks who may be running into the same issue you described.
