• I paid pro version.
    Plugin didn’t work so i contact their support.
    They respond after aprox 5 days asking for wp-admin access.
    I make them user account and send them access.
    Waiting 5 days for answer, meanwhile my site was without 3000 pages of php content.
    So I install plugin I had before “Php execution” (old plugin, didnt work with php 7,that’s why i choose woody) and I remove their admin account.
    Then i recieve mail from them telling me that they can not access to site.
    I couldn’t play ping-pong with them anymore so I ask for refund and then they send me answer the same day!?
    A refund is not possible:
    – If the order is older than 14 days.
    – If you do not allow our tech support to check the issue and get back to you with the solution.

    Then I send them again all that was happend last 40 days and after that I didnt recieve any answer… neather refund.

    Avoid them if you can….

    Which, had that happened for a user and not a customer, would have gotten the plugin author into trouble here in these forums?

    The plugin here upsells so the author invited this review to be here. All of your customers who use this plugin and paid you are entitled to leave a review on this site.
