Bad Experience

  • I tried Newspin on my blog and I was disappointed. It has a number of flaws that need to be fixed. There is a glitch with the option for widgets in customize. My sidebar was completely removed without my permission after I published my site with the theme. Then, the option to edit widgets in customize was gone and I had to go to my admin panel. That is very inconvenient.

    My image for the header was not properly placed in the site. It appeared in the background and that was very odd. It also was not the full size of the image.

    The logo image is also way too small. The theme cropped it way too small. I could not read my logo due to this unacceptable cropping to make it tiny.

    The font size is way too small. Letters need to be a couple of sizes larger.

    I think this theme has potential after the glitches and unacceptable font size are fixed.

    Would you please confirm if you have reached to the theme support? You have to respond the thread if you really need help. All of the issues you mentioned are either not given by theme or not related to its functionality. So, the rating seems intentional to show bad impression for other users.

    Excuse you, my rating is an honest experience with your theme. A negative rating does not mean someone is trying to hurt you. All of the issues in my review are a reflection of your theme from my experience.

    It is unprofessional for you to attempt to discredit a review because I gave a low rating to your theme.
